A side dish that is quick, easy and delicious... Who could ask for more!! 1 lbs Green Beans - Trimmed 2 Tbsp. Garlic Infused Olive Oil Kosher Salt Fresh Ground Black Pepper Add about an inch of water to wide, shallow pot, and bring to a boil. Once the water is boiling add a few big pinches of salt; stir to combine. Add the green beans and cover the pot. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes. Remove the beans from the water and place in a serving dish. Drizzle the green beans with the garlic olive oil, a few pinches of salt and a few grinds of pepper and toss to combine. Serve immediately. Serves 4
